Off limits is a folk rock band from Oldenburg, Germany. It forms in 2008 and remains active. The group’s line-up includes Marcus Friedeberg, Julia von Hasselbach, Jörg Müller, Marco Neumann and Mark Winkler.

Style and background

The band is described as a Celtic and Gothic rock act from Germany, with tags also linking it to folk rock, rockfolk, psytrance, 80s and folk. It develops from the earlier band Lack of Limits, after Marco Neumann and Marcus Friedeberg leave that group.

Recordings

Off limits releases one live CD, Liveproof. Four tracks from that release are made available as free downloads on the band’s official website. The group also works on new material.
