Oceanis

Oceanis is a five-piece metalcore band from Liverpool. Formed in 2010, the group draws on technical metal, rock and post-hardcore, and its members cite influences including Gojira, Textures and Opeth. The band describes its music as combining heaviness with contrasting melodic sections, built around tight performance and a dynamic sound.

Line-up

Oceanis consists of Stu and Phil on guitars, Dave on drums, Craig on bass and Joe on vocals.

Activity and performances

The band plays gigs in and around the North West of England and is known for a forceful live approach. It is also working towards an EP of its heaviest material.
