Nu Elementz

Nu Elementz is a Kent-based UK drum and bass DJ and producer, working in jump-up, clownstep and electronic styles. He builds his profile through a run of releases on a range of labels and through support from major DJs and radio stations in the drum and bass scene.

Releases and labels

His early releases appear on Higher Stakes, G13 and his own label, Murda Sounds Recordings. He later releases material on Playaz, Sweet Tooth Recordings, V Recordings and Chronic, the sister label to V Recordings. He signs exclusively to Sweet Tooth Recordings in January 2015, and his Trauma EP reaches number one in the Juno Download chart.

Support and radio play

Nu Elementz receives support from DJs including DJ Hype, Rockwell, Mistajam, Crissy Criss, Toddla T, Roni Size, TC, Majistrate and Hazard. His tracks also receive airplay on Radio 1, 1Xtra and Kiss FM, and become regular additions to DJ playlists.

Live work

He performs at clubs and events across the UK and Europe, including Laundry Day, Skankers, Confuzion, BPM, Rampage, Hysteria, Antwerp City Flow, Elements and Summer festivals. His sets are described as high-energy and he builds a reputation through regular bookings and club appearances.
