Noon

Noon is a Polish hip hop producer from Warsaw, born in 1979. He is also identified with the group Grammatik. His work is built around vinyl sampling and analogue synthesis, and it is produced in his home studio, 33Obroty, with further processing carried out at S-33 Mastering Facility.

Career

His release history includes the album Bleak Output and the instrumental EPs Studio games and Pewne Sekwencje. He also issues the CD single Vision, recorded with DJ Twister and Oreu of Electric Rudeboyz. All of these works appear on 12-inch vinyl.

His music develops from downtempo and ambient grooves towards breakbeat electronica. A video is made for Studio games.

Collaborations

Noon’s two LPs with the Warsaw rapper Pezet help establish his reputation as one of Poland’s best-known producers.
