No Vacation is a San Francisco-based group that has been active since 2015. It works in dream pop, indie pop, indie surf and pop, and began as a dorm-room collaboration between Basil Saleh and Sabrina Mai before developing into a full band. The group is associated with the United States indie scene and is linked with San Francisco, where it forms and operates.

The band takes shape around the collaboration between Saleh and Mai, and its catalogue is described in terms of introspective writing and a soft, melodic indie-pop style. A later period of inactivity is followed by the group’s return, while work continues on an untitled album.
