No Rome is the stage name of Guendoline Rome Viray Gomez, a Filipino musician associated with alternative R&B. He is based in London and grows up in Manila before settling there. His origin is Quezon City, and he is born in 1997.

He is signed to Dirty Hit, the label also associated with The 1975, who are named as collaborators. His debut album is It’s All Smiles, which he announces in 2021 after previously sharing it under the teaser title 001: It’s All Smiles.
