Nightcrawlers

Nightcrawlers are a Glasgow-based UK house and electronic group active from 1992 to the present. The project is assembled by producer, DJ and vocalist John Reid, with the group also associated with Hugh Brankin, Ross Campbell, Graham Wilson and Ronald Wilson.

Formation and style

John Reid forms Nightcrawlers in 1992 after gaining local recognition as a DJ and vocalist. The act works in house music and euro house, and is also described as a UK techno group.

Early singles and breakthrough

The first single, "Living Inside A Dream", does not achieve commercial success. The follow-up, "Push the Feeling On", becomes the group’s major breakthrough. It reaches number 7 on the US Hot Dance Club Play chart and later crosses over to pop radio, peaking at number 80 on the Billboard Hot 100 and spending fifteen weeks on the chart.
