Nick Hollywood is a DJ, producer and label owner who promotes the London nightclub scene before founding Freshly Squeezed, a label and publisher based in Brighton. He also compiles compilation CDs, including the double-album series White Mink: Black Cotton and Electro Swing vs Speakeasy Jazz, issued in two volumes. His work is associated with swing and related club styles, including electro-swing, nu jazz and swing-hop.
