Neon Jungle is a British girl group formed in London in 2013. The group consists of Shereen Cutkelvin, Amira McCarthy, Jessica Plummer and Asami Zdrenka, and is active from 2013 to 2015.

Career

Neon Jungle is best known for a run of early singles that chart in the UK. Their debut single, Trouble, reaches number 12 on the UK Singles Chart. Braveheart, their second single, becomes their biggest hit and peaks at number 4. Their third single, Welcome to the Jungle, reaches number 7.

Name and formation

The group name comes from a suggestion by Jess Plummer, the oldest member. The members record Welcome to the Jungle before Braveheart, but choose Braveheart as the second single because of its high-energy sound and prominent bass.
