Necro Deathmort are a London, United Kingdom, duo featuring Matthew Rozeik, who is also associated with Astrohenge, and AJ Cookson. The group form in North London in 2007 and work across experimental and heavy electronic styles, drawing on doom, drone, electronica and noise.

Releases

Necro Deathmort release their debut full-length album, This Beat Is Necrotronic, in 2009. Their second album, Music of Bleak Origin, follows in 2011 on Distraction Records, and their third album, The Colonial Script, also appears on Distraction Records in 2012. The duo are also set to release a fourth album after that.

Live activity

The band perform live in support of acts including Ulver and Shining in London. They also play a range of festivals, including Asymmetry Festival in Poland, Sonar Festival in Barcelona, Supersonic in Birmingham, Impetus Festival, Audioscope 2011, Festival Soy, Roadburn Festival, ZombiFFF in Brussels and Amplifest in Porto. They also tour the UK.
