Murdock is a Belgian drum and bass artist, producer and DJ. He releases music on labels including Liquicity, Viper Recordings and CIA Records, and performs at festivals around the world.

Music and releases

His production work includes collaborations with Netsky, Submatik and Doctrine. He also works with vocalists including Veela, Jenna G, MC Mota and Sena. His music is described as spanning drum and bass, with wider associations to hardcore, neurofunk, punk and pop punk.

Broadcasting and club work

Murdock runs a weekly show on national radio, a role he holds for 15 years. He also serves as DJ, producer and CEO of A Night of Madness, a club brand and event series.

Through A Night of Madness, he builds a profile in the club scene in the UK and Ireland. The project sells out Mandela Hall 15 times, including a double-weekend event with Coach Nightclub. He also plays support slots for a wide range of electronic artists, including Angerfist, Paul Van Dyk, Pete Tong, Nicky Romero, Fedde Le Grand, Laidback Luke, Timmy Trumpet, Bassjackers, Will Sparks, MaRLo, Mauro Picotto, Yves V, Dannic, Julian Jordan, Eddie Halliwell, Simon Patterson, Ben Nicky, Radical Redemption, The Prophet, Yoji Biomehanika, Zatox and Danny Howard.

Residencies and venues

He holds residencies and club appearances at venues including T13, Kelly’s, The Telegraph Building, The Wright Venue, El Divino, Thompsons Garage, Coach and Box. He also joins and hosts sets with Cream and Goodgreef, and has a residency at Belfast nightspot Electric Playground.

Performance background

Before focusing on electronic music, Murdock listens to a broad range of styles and plays several instruments. He has been producing for three years and has more than thirty original productions available online. His live work includes appearances at events such as T13, Mandela Hall and the Tennents Vital David Guetta aftershow party at The Limelight.

Other activity

He is also noted as a guitar and vocals member of the French band Sickness.
