Moskitoo

Moskitoo is Sanae Yamasaki, a sound artist and graphic designer from Sapporo and Tokyo, born in 1978. She starts making music in 1997, playing guitar and small Casio keyboards in various bands in Sapporo.

In 2005 she begins writing, performing and singing as Moskitoo. Her first full-length release is Drape, issued on 12k in 2007. A four-track EP with remixes follows, with versions by Frank Bretschneider, Mark Fell and Taylor Dupree; Dupree also masters Drape.
