More Than Life
More Than Life is a melodic hardcore band from Bath, England, active from 2006 to 2018. The group is based in South West England and works within the UK hardcore scene.

The band consists of vocalist James Matthews, guitarists Joel Peets and Joey Bayes, and drummer Tony Klein.
Releases
More Than Life release two EPs in 2008: Prelude and Brave Enough To Fail, both issued through Day by Day Records and Anchors Aweigh Records. Their debut full-length album, Love Let Me Go, follows in 2010 on Purgatory Records. The band later records a follow-up to Love Let Me Go, with the single Do You Remember appearing first, and also plays a song titled Weight Of The World live before the album release. What's Left Of Me is then released via Holy Roar Records.
Activity and reception
In 2010, More Than Life tour the UK with Dead Swans and Defeater alongside the release of Love Let Me Go. The band describes itself as having been formed to make music that means something to its members, to tour widely, and to create memories while travelling and playing shows. Metal Hammer describes the group as one of the strongest bands in the contemporary UK hardcore scene.
