Monogram

Monogram is a Czech bluegrass group formed in 1991. The line-up includes Jakub Racek on guitar, lead vocals and lyrics, Jaromír Jahoda on banjo and vocals, Zdeněk Jahoda on mandolin and vocals, and Pavel Lžičař on upright bass and vocals. Lžičař is a later bass player in the group, which has also had several other bassists over the years.

The band records and performs as a bluegrass act from Czechia, and its website is monogram.cz. It releases four studio albums: Monogram, Siesta, Cestou Odyssea and Hit the Road.

The name Monogram is also used by another band: a former project of Avigdor Zahner-Isenberg, with Dylan Wood and Nathan Eckhous.
