Miss Kittin is the stage name of Caroline Hervé, a French electronic music producer, DJ, singer and songwriter from Grenoble. Born in 1973, she works in electroclash and electronica and is also known as a French producer and DJ.

Career

She first comes to wider attention in 1998 through the singles “1982” and “Frank Sinatra”, recorded with The Hacker under the project Miss Kittin & the Hacker. She later works with other artists including Chicks on Speed, Felix da Housecat and Golden Boy.

Solo releases

Her solo albums include I Com, released in 2004, BatBox in 2008 and Calling from the Stars in 2013. Among the tracks associated with her international profile are “Rippin Kittin” and “Screen Shower Scene”.
