Mini Da Minx

Mini Da Minx is an electro, house and breakbeat DJ and record producer originally from the Czech Republic with Russian heritage. She develops her DJing in Cape Town and builds a reputation for sets centred on bass-heavy, dance-oriented selections.

Festival and club work

She plays at festivals across the UK and Europe, including Secret Garden Party, Beats for Love, Boomtown Fair, Blissfields, Let It Roll in the Czech Republic, and Freekuency in Portugal, where she headlines stages. She also appears at Burning Man and at the Burn’s London Decompression Party. At Glastonbury, she plays for eight editions, with prime-time sets at the Mutoid Waste Company’s The Unfair Ground, as well as appearances on the Glade and The Common stages. Her Glastonbury sets follow artists including Rudimental, Elite Force, Fatboy Slim and Carl Cox.

Production and style

Alongside DJing, Mini Da Minx is establishing herself as a record producer, with the track Medicine noted as part of that work. Her performances are described as highly animated, and her selections are built around strong bass lines and energetic, dancefloor-focused tracks.
