Michael Woods is an English techno producer associated with progressive house, progressive trance and trance. He first appears under the name Warrior, then also records ambient trance as Accadia and later operates under the project name Offaiah, a name that plays on the words “All” and “Fire”. He is also linked with Out of Office and M3, and releases on Diffused Music.

Early releases and chart success

As Warrior, Woods scores his first hits in 2000 with the debut single “Warrior” and the follow-up “Voodoo”. “Warrior” reaches number one in the UK Club Chart and enters the UK Top 40 at number 19. “Voodoo” also reaches the Top 40. Under the Accadia name, he releases ambient trance singles on Lost Language.

Notable tracks and production work

Woods becomes widely known for “If U Want Me” and “Solex (Close to the Edge)”, both from 2003. “If U Want Me” features Australian model Imogen Bailey, while “Solex (Close to the Edge)” features vocals by Juliette Jaimes. He also produces “Changed the Way You Kiss Me” for Example, which reaches number one in the UK singles chart.
