Metz is a Canadian punk band from Toronto. The group consists of guitarist Alex Edkins, bassist Chris Slorach and drummer Hayden Menzies. It forms in 2008 and is active through 2024.

The band plays noise rock and is also associated with alternative rock, grunge, noise, post-hardcore and punk. Its self-titled debut album appears on Sub Pop in 2012, and the band releases material on METZmusic.
