Megafaun

Megafaun is a trio from Durham, North Carolina, made up of Brad Cook, Joe Westerlund and Phil Cook. The group previously appears in the line-up of Amateur Love and DeYarmond Edison, the latter also including Justin Vernon, who later becomes known for Bon Iver.

Their music is described as Appalachian-influenced experimental rock, and their work is associated with folk, indie, experimental, freak folk and indie folk.
