MC Romeo is the performance name of Marvin Dawkins, a British hip hop and hip house artist from Battersea, London, who is born in October 1980. He is a former leading member of the garage group So Solid Crew and begins a solo career in 2002.

Solo career

As a solo artist, he releases two singles: “Romeo Dunn”, which reaches number 3 in the UK Singles Chart, and “It’s All Gravy”, which features Christina Milian and reaches number 4. His solo album Solid Love is issued in November 2002 and peaks at number 46 in the UK Albums Chart.
