MC Lars, real name Andrew Nielsen, is an American rapper from Berkeley, United States. He is associated with hip hop, nerdcore and ska punk, and describes his style as “post-punk laptop rap”.

He records under the name MC Lars and was formerly known as MC Lars Horris, changing to the shorter pseudonym in 2004. He works with The Four-Eyed Horsemen and releases music on Horris Records. His recorded output includes releases for Truck Records in the UK, and the Laptop EP is licensed to Sidecho Records in the United States.
