MC Gaff E is a Brisbane-born rapper, DJ and performance artist whose work combines rap, electro and psychedelic elements. She presents herself as a gender-transcending, highly theatrical figure and is known for colourful, surreal and physically demanding live performances.
Career and collaborations
Gaff E works with a wide range of electronic and performance-oriented artists and has produced music with Thomas Bullock of Rub n Tug, Edu K, Kid Kenobi, Mickey Moonlight and Drugmoney. She also works closely with London-based My Bad Sister and with Jonny Woo and his team around Horse Meat and Sink the Pink.
Live performances
She appears at major festivals and events as both a performer and DJ, including Glastonbury, Burning Man, Lovebox, Bestival and Big Day Out. She also plays at club nights and parties such as Broken Hearts Club in Berlin, FancyHIM in Tokyo, GutterSlut in London, parties run by Mickey Moonlight and Nathan Wilkins’s History Clock, and events associated with Peaches, Modular, KIM of The Presets, Bag Raiders and Charli XCX.

Gaff E is described as working on a one-woman rapping musical set to appear at the Adelaide Fringe and Edinburgh Fringe, and on a band project called MEGA MEGA with Ylva Falk of House of Dramas, Drugmoney and Mickey Moonlight.
