May Contain Nuts

May Contain Nuts is a punk group from Cardiff, formed in January 2002. The band’s early line-up includes The Good Reverend on vocals, Doctor Ryan on bass, Nurse on drums and Handsome Ad on guitar. Handsome Ad is described as a guitarist who changes name and appearance over time.

Releases and activity

After a run of live shows across the UK and several EPs, the group releases its first full-length studio album, Zombies and Missiles... AND FIRE!!, in 2006. The album is self-released and is sold through the band, at their shows and through Spillers Records in Cardiff. The band also works on material for a follow-up album and demos new songs.

Live work

May Contain Nuts plays many shows around the UK and appears at festival events as part of its touring activity.
