Style and influences

The band draws on a wide range of influences and combines 1970s rock with punk and metal elements. Its sound also includes psychedelic touches, downtuned grooves, and a raw rock and roll feel. The group is associated with doom metal, heavy metal, progressive rock, rock, sludge metal, and stoner metal.

Recording and live work

Master Charger quickly builds enough material after beginning to jam ideas and completes its debut album, Southbound N' Supercharged. It then plays live with the aim of reaching a broad range of audiences with a retro but modern approach to heavy music.
