MassMatiks

MassMatiks are a UK four-piece rock band active since 2014. They develop a sound rooted in British indie rock and are made up of vocalist George Peploe, guitarist Joe Turner, bassist Martin Linch and drummer Josh Stagg.

Background

The band begins forming in 2013 and makes its first release, Independence (A Lack Of), as a free download the following year. Their early activity includes support slots with The 1975, Nightlife, Brother & Bones, Dance a la Plage and Swim Good.

Band activity

MassMatiks record, rehearse and write together while sharing living space and touring as a close group of friends. Their work centres on indie rock, with live performance forming a major part of their identity.
