Martin Newnham is a singer-songwriter from the Isle of Wight who lives in Hanwell, west London. He first develops his work as the frontman of London band The Goondocks, spending several years writing, recording and performing with the group. A multi-instrumentalist, he is described as having an expressive voice.

Solo work

Newnham begins a solo career in 2004 with the recording of Going Home. He performs regularly in London venues including The Ginglik and the Clapham Grand.

Live appearances

He shares bills with Nerina Pallot, Newton Faulkner and Seth Lakeman, and appears at The Larmer Tree, Bestival and the Isle of Wight Festival.
