Mark Guiliana

Mark Guiliana is a US drummer, composer and bandleader from Florham Park, New Jersey, born in 1980. He works across contemporary jazz, jazz, nu jazz and post-bop, and is also associated with experimental, dub and electronic music.

He leads Beat Music, and is a member of Mark Guiliana Jazz Quartet and Halo Orbit. He is known for his playing with Avishai Cohen’s Trio and Quartet, Meshell Ndegeocello, Dhafer Youssef, Gretchen Parlato, Tigran Hamasyan and Matisyahu. He also plays with his former group Heernt.
