Mario Biondi

Mario Biondi is an Italian singer from Catania, born in 1971. He is the son of a popular song singer and begins singing while still young, performing in various small choirs. He later works on tours with artists including Califano, Di Capri, Bongusto and Fiorello.

After a long period of appearances with Italian and international artists and a small output of disco music, he achieves wider recognition in 2006 with the Schema Records album Handful of Soul. His voice is described as deep and warm, with a style that recalls major performers of soul and rhythm and blues.
