Mariam the believer

Mariam the Believer is a Swedish experimental singer-songwriter project led by Mariam Wallentin. It is active from 2012 and is based in Sweden. Wallentin performs under the name Mariam the Believer and is the only listed member of the group.

Wallentin is also known by the full name Mariam Karolina Wallentin Riahi. She is raised in Sweden and previously performs as part of the duo Wildbirds & Peacedrums.
