Marcus Visionary
Marcus Visionary is a Toronto-based drum and bass and jungle artist, also associated with ragga, electronic and UK funky. He works in a duo with Dave Whalen under the name Visionary.
Visionary and labels
Marcus Visionary and Dave Whalen have worked together as Visionary for over a decade. In 2005 they set up two labels through Load Media in the UK: Dance Rock and Lion Dubs. They also become resident artists for Digital Soundboy after being noticed by Shy FX and T Power. Their releases appear on labels including Play:musik, 31 Records, Revolve:r, Trouble on Vinyl, Horizon Music, X tinction Agenda, Shout, Flex Records, Hustlin Beats, On Point, Nice and Smoothe, Digital Soundboy, Dance Rock, Lion Dubs and Rock & Groove via Nu Urban Music.
