Manou Gallo

Manou Gallo is a bassist and percussionist from Divo, Côte d'Ivoire. She performs in world music and is known for first coming to Europe to play with Zap Mama.

Her solo career begins with the album Dida in 2005. She is also the subject of the musical documentary Femme de rythme, which appears in 2007.

Her third album, LOWLIN, follows in 2010 and is issued in Europe on the IGLOOMONDO label. She is associated with Zap Mama as a member.
