The pair have been performing together in and around London as a duo for a period of time before the planned release of their debut recording, A Little Too Much EP, a five-song set. Their songs are recorded with producer Pritpal Soor, who also works with Flower of Zeus and The Loose Salute.

Their music draws on 1970s songwriting traditions associated with Fleetwood Mac, Paul McCartney and John Prine. It also takes in the more confessional side of modern American singer-songwriters such as Bright Eyes and Ryan Adams, while keeping an off-kilter and direct approach to lyric writing.
