Majid Jordan

Majid Jordan are a Canadian R&B duo from Toronto, composed of singer Majid Al Maskati and producer Jordan Ullman. The group is active from 2011 and is signed to OVO Sound. Their sound is associated with alternative R&B and contemporary R&B.

Career

The duo begins by making music between Ullman’s dorm room and his parents’ basement. Under the name Good People, they release their first joint EP, Afterhours, on SoundCloud. They later work with Drake and co-produce his track Hold On, We’re Going Home in 2013, receiving a feature credit on the song. The track becomes Drake’s most successful single-charting release.

Debut album

In 2016, Majid Jordan release their self-titled debut album on OVO Sound. The album includes My Love, a song featuring Drake.
