Maggie Boyle

Maggie Boyle is a traditional Irish singer from Battersea, United Kingdom, who is born in 1956 and dies in 2014. She is based in London and works as both a solo performer and recording artist.

Career and collaborations

Boyle works with a wide range of artists and ensembles, including James Horner, The Chieftains, Incantation, Bert Jansch, Steve Tilston, John Renbourn, Eileen Jones of Gothenburg Ballet, and the Grand Acoustic Roadshow, which includes Pauline Cato, Tom McConville and Clive Carroll. She also appears regularly with Grace Notes.

Her other partnerships include duos with Chris Parkinson, Gordon Tyrrall and Frank Kilkelly. She also takes part in The Expatriate Game with Duck Baker and Ben Paley, and collaborates with jazz guitarist Gary Boyle.
