Luke Bond

Luke Bond is a DJ and producer from Swindon who works in trance, uplifting trance and electronic dance music. He emerges in 2012 with the vocal track “The Other Side”, and it gains support on the UK’s biggest radio station as well as a Tune of the Week mention on ASOT. He then releases a run of club-oriented singles and develops a reputation for melodic, bass-heavy production.

Career

Bond’s early breakthrough comes through vocal-driven trance records, and his music receives support from a number of major DJs, including Gareth Emery, Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, Nicky Romero, Dash Berlin, W&W, Max Graham and Darude. He releases on Garuda, the label associated with Gareth Emery, and becomes one of the more prominent names on that imprint.

His productions are played at large festival events including Ultra Music Festival, Global Gathering and Creamfields. Among the tracks noted in his development is “On Fire”, which Gareth Emery describes as the biggest track in his sets that year, while Capital FM also gives the single strong radio support.

Style and profile

Bond’s sound is defined by driving bass, melodic hooks and a high-energy trance approach. His work is presented as having come through underground experimentation and consistent studio work, leading to a profile as a rising artist within the electronic and trance scene.
