Louise

Louise is a British pop singer from Lewisham, London. Born Louise Elizabeth Nurding in 1974, she first becomes known as a member of the girl group Eternal before beginning a solo career in 1995. She later works under the name Louise Redknapp and is also active as a television presenter.

Solo career

Her first solo period begins with three studio albums: Naked, released in 1996, Woman In Me in 1997, and Elbow Beach in 2000. During this run she achieves twelve Top 20 singles, with “Pandora’s Kiss” appearing as her last Top 20 hit in 2003.

Later return to music

After several years away from recording and while also raising her children, Louise returns to music with “Stretch” in 2019. This is followed by the studio album Heavy Love in 2020, which she supports with a UK tour.

Her work is identified with British pop, and she is associated with the label Lil Lou Records.
