Lorca is the recording name of UK DJ and producer Sam Cassman, originally from south west London and based in Brighton. He takes his artist name from the houseboat he grows up on. Lorca is a resident DJ at AKA AKA ROAR, a club night in Brighton.

Releases and label work

Lorca releases tracks on Throwing Snow’s Left_Black imprint, Third Ear Recordings, and Live Ones. A limited 10-inch release titled Moments appears on Live Ones, and the debut double A-side Can't See Higher / Missed Out is released on Dummy.
