Loki is a US rapper from Sacramento, California, born in 1971. He is the rap alter ego of Darren McGarvey.

He raps in his own regional accent and vernacular. He records under the name Loki as a solo artist and is identified as a member of Locced 2 tha Brain.

His releases include six records in total: Welcome To The 9th World, Between Worlds, Friendly World and Do Not Disturbed, along with two collaborative EPs. One of those EPs is Detestable Monotony, made with Butterscotch, and the other is A Darker Shade Of Summer In Elseworld, made with Scatabrainz.

He has been signed to several record labels and is currently unsigned.
