Loam
Loam is the name used by several different acts, including an experimental electronic musician, bands in the United States and elsewhere, and other projects. The United States electronic artist associated with the name is James Warchol, an experimental guitarist, sound designer and laptop musician from Milwaukee. He has also been a member of Dryhouse Ruins, White Winged Crow, One Last Region, Death Blues and Sometime Sweet Susan.
Another Loam is an indie band from Massachusetts, and another is an American black metal band. The name also appears as a drone and ambient producer from Wellington, New Zealand; a band from Sheffield, England made up of Thomas Didlock, Gordon Barker and Laurie Leigh Allport; an experimental duo from Belgium; a Swedish rapper; and Scottish prog and fusion guitarist Liam McLaughling.
