Little Sister is a group from Pretoria, South Africa, active from 1989 to the present, with Debbi Lonmon and Jenni Lonmon as members. It is identified as an all-female vocal act associated with South Africa in the 1990s.

The name Little Sister has also been used by several other acts, including an American all-female vocal harmony group connected to Sly & the Family Stone, a Norwegian band that released a self-titled album in 1997, an all-female world folk music group, a Cleveland hardcore band, a Croatian rock band, and a band from Union City, California.
