Little Show is a group from New Jersey, United States, active from 1968 to 1985. It is also known as Dr. Hook & the Medicine Show. The group works across country rock, pop, rock and soft rock.

Its membership includes Jay David, John "Rod" Smarr, Mo Thaxton, Keith Austin, George Cummings, Rik Elswit, Billy Francis, Jance Garfat, Bob Henke, Ray Sawyer, John Wolters and Dennis Locorriere.
