Litmus are a British space rock group from the United Kingdom, active since 1999. The band has Andy Thompson as a member.

Style and influences

Litmus play space rock and are associated with psychedelic rock, progressive rock and related rock styles. Their sound is described as drawing on early psychedelic bands such as Hawkwind, Pink Floyd and Gong, while also taking influence from heavier later acts including Monster Magnet and Electric Wizard.

Releases

Their self-titled album, Litmus, appears in 2003. They also have an album titled Aurora, which is issued on Rise Above Records.
