Liquid Steel

Liquid Steel is an Austrian heavy metal band formed in Innsbruck in 2009. The group’s style is associated with heavy metal and the New Wave of British Heavy Metal and New Wave of Traditional Heavy Metal revival, with a sound built around high-pitched vocals, twin-guitar harmonies and fast rhythms.

Releases

The band releases its first original material on the 2012 demo Scream. Its debut album, Fire In The Sky, follows in 2014 and contains nine tracks. In 2016, the band records its second album, Midnight Chaser, which continues in the same traditional metal style.

Live activity and shows

Liquid Steel develops a dedicated following through regular live performances. The band shares bills with Diamond Head, Blaze Bayley, U.D.O., Skull Fist, Raven and Powerwolf, and also supports the influential NWOBHM group Diamond Head.
