LGM One are a five-piece synth alternative rock band from Plymouth. The group is founded by Dave Wells, who handles vocals, synth and keys, and Jon Barraball, who plays guitar and sings, after the two meet at an after-school music club. They later bring in Darren Worrall on drums, Geoff Heap on guitar and vocals, and Ben Diffey on bass.

Their sound is described as a blend of indie, electronic and punk, with hook-led songs and a raw, high-energy approach. The band presents this as a full, loud live performance rather than a single-genre style, combining synth parts, guitars and drums across its lineup.
