She begins posting music to her self-titled YouTube channel in September 2018. Her single “Fuck Up the Friendship” goes on to pass 73 million streams on Spotify.

Leah Kate releases her debut EP, What Just Happened?, which contains seven tracks. In 2022, “10 Things I Hate About You” gains wide attention on TikTok and reaches more than 161 million Spotify streams.
