Leah Dou

Leah Dou, also known as Dou Jingtong, is a Chinese singer-songwriter from Beijing who primarily sings in English. Born in 1997, she is the daughter of the musicians Dou Wei and Faye Wong.

She first appears on record as a child, contributing her voice to her mother’s song 童(Tong) in 1998. She makes her performance debut in Tokyo in 2015, and later that year also appears at Clockenflap in Hong Kong. Her first single, River Run, is released in 2015, followed by Brother in 2016, which is used for a Chinese Shu Uemura campaign.

Her work is associated with indie, electronic, ambient, avant-garde pop and downtempo styles.
