Landscape Body Machine
Landscape Body Machine is an electronic act from Vancouver, Canada, formed in 1992. It is associated with a hybrid sound that combines ambient, dance, industrial and techno, and the project moves between moody soundscapes and harder dance-oriented rhythms. Its music is also tied to themes intended to encourage socio-political awareness.
The act is also known as Craig Joseph Huxtable. Under that name, it produces film and video game soundtracks, and it has shared stages with Front Line Assembly, Moev, Covenant and Snog, among others. Huxtable also works as a touring keyboardist for Front Line Assembly.
Landscape Body Machine collaborates with Noise Unit and Fidgital, and with activists Dr. David Suzuki and Noam Chomsky.
