Kylver

Kylver is an instrumental band from Newcastle upon Tyne. It forms around bassist James Bowmaker, organist Neil Elliot, guitarist Jonny Scott and drummer Barry Mitcherson.

The group forms in 2013, when Jim, Jonny and Neil decide to start a project built around making music that is different, challenging and enjoyable to play. Their sound brings together progressive rock and progressive metal with elements of classic rock, thrash, stoner, doom and sludge metal. Their listed styles also include doom metal, instrumental rock, post-metal and post-rock.
