Kyle Falconer is the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist with Scottish indie band The View. He shares songwriting duties with Kieren Webster. He also plays bass and sings backing vocals on the songs “Skag Trendy”, “Gran’s For Tea” and “Cherry Girl”, and plays lead guitar on “Fireworks and Flowers”.

Falconer is born in 1987. He is also a fan of British new wave band Squeeze. In 2007, he is charged with and convicted of cocaine possession, and he appears in court the day after The View win an NME award for best song.
