Kota is a name used by more than one act. One is a collaboration between Darren Tate and Mike Koglin, sometimes credited as K.O.T.A., and is best known for the track “Waiting”, which appears in 2003. Another is a Japanese progressive psytrance and downtempo project, associated with deep, dynamic rhythms and evocative atmospheres, and its debut release is available as a free download from Ektoplazm.
